Online Orders
Payments can be made securely by debit card, credit card, PayPal or ShopPay.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Delivery Timelines
Ready to Ship Pieces
If your item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Made to Order Pieces
Made to order pieces are individually crafted for you. Please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of your order for your piece to be made and dispatched.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming the estimated dispatch date.
If you require your jewellery by a specific date, please contact info@irenachmurajewellery.com before placing your order. I will always do my best to accommodate your request.

Shipping
All orders are fully insured, sent with tracking, and require a signature upon delivery.
United Kingdom & Ireland
- Free Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders.
International
- £50 DHL Express for orders under £500.
- Free DHL Express for orders over £500.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and added at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Delivery Information
Your jewellery will arrive beautifully presented in Irena Chmura Jewellery branded packaging, enclosed within an unbranded outer box or envelope for discretion.
If your purchase is a gift, you are welcome to include a personal message. Simply add your message in the Notes section at checkout or contact us directly after placing your order.
As all deliveries require a signature, please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, such as your home or workplace.
If no one is available, the courier will leave instructions explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local collection point.
If you choose to change the delivery instructions directly with the courier (for example, requesting that the parcel be left in a safe place or with a neighbour), delivery will be considered complete once the courier has followed those instructions. From that point onwards, responsibility for the parcel, including any loss, theft or damage, passes to you, and our insurance cover will no longer apply.

After placing your order, please contact me to arrange a convenient collection time. Where possible, I am happy to accommodate alternative collection days or times.
If you have already paid for shipping and later choose to collect your order instead, your shipping charge will be refunded.
International Orders
All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
- UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom.
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. As these fees are determined by local customs authorities, I am unable to predict or control their amount. For further information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
- If an international parcel is refused and returned to us, any return shipping charges, customs fees or courier charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
- International delivery typically takes 1–6 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Please ensure that your order complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country. Irena Chmura Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed, refused or seized due to local import regulations.
