Refund policy

I hope you love your new jewellery. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to help.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Exchanges or credit notes are available within 30 days of purchase for ready-to-ship items only.
  • Refunds are available for ready-to-ship items only, provided they are returned within 14 days of receiving your order, unworn, unmodified, and in their original packaging.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Bespoke commissions
  • Customised jewellery, including:
    • Resized rings
    • Engraved jewellery
    • Custom chain lengths
    • Changes to gemstone shape or colour
    • Any other personalised modifications

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please send your return using a tracked and insured postal service to ensure it reaches us safely.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@irenachmurajewellery.com.
  • Returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive safely at our studio. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping (available on all UK orders and international orders over £500), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This deduction is £17.95 for UK orders and £50 for international orders.


UK Returns

If you wish to return your order, please contact info@irenachmurajewellery.com as soon as possible, quoting your order number and the reason for your return.

Please send your return using a tracked and insured postal service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure it reaches us safely.

If your order was delivered with free UK shipping, £17.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover our initial shipping cost


International non EU Returns

If you are returning an order from outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred when returning the item to the UK.
  • Returns should be sent using a tracked and insured courier service.
  • If your order qualified for free international shipping (available on orders over £500), £50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.
  • International customs duties, import taxes and sales taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable.


EU Returns

  • You have the right to cancel or return your order (ready to ship items only) within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs charges incurred when returning the item to the UK.
  • Returns should be sent using a tracked and insured courier service.
  • The original shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or has developed a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible at info@irenachmurajewellery.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable solution.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace or refund the item as appropriate. In these cases, we will also cover both the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the item to us.
