Fully Bespoke

Looking for something truly one-of-a-kind? We can create a completely unique piece just for you — either inspired by one of our existing designs or dreamed up from scratch.

Please note: Fully bespoke projects require a minimum spend of £3,000, due to the extra time and care involved. The exception to this are wedding bands.

Customisation

Love one of our pieces but want to make it more you? Every design in our collection can be customised — choose a different type, cut (shape), or size of stone, or opt for a different metal to suit your style.

Remodelling

Give your old jewellery new life. We can transform your existing pieces and gemstones into fresh, beautiful creations.

Remodelling can be done as a fully bespoke project or as a customisation — depending on what you’re looking for.

The first step can take place over Zoom, FaceTime, email, or in person at Irena’s studio in central London — whatever works best for you.

During your consultation, we’ll chat through your ideas, design direction, remodelling options, stone sourcing, metal preferences (colour and carat), budget, and timelines.

Stone sourcing

We carry a handpicked selection of beautiful gemstones for you to choose from.

Looking for something specific — a certain stone, colour, or cut? We’re happy to source it just for you.

We can also work with your own stones, or even combine them with ones we provide to create something truly personal.

Design

After your consultation, we’ll email you a summary of everything we discussed — including the design direction, pricing, estimated lead time, and any other key details.

You’ll then receive a selection of design sketches, mock-up images, stone layouts, and visual representations to help you clearly see your chosen design before we move forward.

Design Fee & Next steps

To begin work on your bespoke design, a design fee of £300 is required. If you’d like us to source stones for you, an additional £100 sourcing fee applies.

These fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and work involved in developing your design — however, they will be deducted from the final price of your piece.

Approval & Payment

Once your design is finalised and approved, you’ll receive:

  • A final quote
  • A provisional delivery date

To proceed with production, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost. This deposit confirms your order and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due in full before collection or dispatch of your finished piece.

Delivery

Once your piece is complete and paid in full, you can either collect it from the studio by appointment, or we can ship it to you securely via DHL Express.

Production time

For fully bespoke pieces, the usual timeframe is 6–14 weeks. We always do our best to accommodate special deadlines, but during busy periods, production times may be longer.

​Engraving service

Would you like to add a personal touch? We offer an engraving service for names, dates, or meaningful messages.

Returns

As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or bespoke items. Thank you for understanding.
