BESPOKE - CREATE A UNIQUE PIECE

Looking for something truly one of a kind? We can create a bespoke piece just for you — whether inspired by one of our existing designs or imagined entirely from scratch.

Perfect for those who love Irena's signature style but wish to incorporate personal ideas, this collaborative process results in a jewel that is uniquely yours. We'll guide you every step of the way, ensuring the finished piece beautifully reflects your vision and story.

CUSTOMISE AN EXISTING DESIGN

Love one of our pieces but want to make it your own? We can customise many of our existing designs with your choice of gemstone and precious metal.

Choose from yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum, and select the gemstone that best reflects your style. This option is perfect for adding a personal touch to a design you already love, without the time and investment of a fully bespoke piece.

Irena will work closely with you to create a jewel that feels uniquely yours.

REMODEL HEIRLOOM JEWELLERY

We also transform sentimental heirloom pieces into beautiful new creations, preserving their history while creating something that better reflects your personal style.

Irena will thoughtfully guide you through the design possibilities for your existing jewels, involving you in every step of the process. Whether you're looking for a fully bespoke redesign or a simple customisation, we'll help create a meaningful piece to be loved for generations to come.

STONE SOURCING

We carry a handpicked selection of beautiful gemstones for you to choose from.

Looking for something specific — a certain stone, colour, or cut? We’re happy to source it just for you.

We can also work with your own stones, or even combine them with ones we provide to create something truly personal.

THE PROCESS

After your consultation, we’ll email you a summary of everything we discussed — including the design direction, pricing, estimated lead time, and any other key details.

You’ll then receive a selection of design sketches, mock-up images, stone layouts, and visual representations to help you clearly see your chosen design before we move forward.

PRICING

Fully bespoke projects require a minimum spend of £3,000, due to the extra time and care involved. The exception to this are wedding bands.

To begin work on your bespoke design, a design fee of £300 is required. If you’d like us to source stones for you, an additional £100 sourcing fee applies.

These fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and work involved in developing your design — however, they will be deducted from the final price of your piece.

Once your design is finalised and approved, you’ll receive:

  • A final quote
  • A provisional delivery date

Please note that quotes are valid for 14 calendar days.

To proceed with production, we require a 50% partial payment of the total cost. This deposit confirms your order and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due in full before collection or dispatch of your finished piece.

DELIVERY

Once your piece is complete and paid in full, you can either collect it from the studio by appointment, or we can ship it to you securely via DHL Express.

PRODUCTION TIME

For fully bespoke pieces, the usual timeframe is 8–14 weeks. We always do our best to accommodate special deadlines, but during busy periods, production times may be longer.

​ENGRAVING SERVICE

Would you like to add a personal touch? We offer an engraving service for names, dates, or meaningful messages.

RETURNS

As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom or bespoke items. Thank you for understanding.
