Whether you are looking for an engagement ring, wedding bands, a jewellery to mark a special occasion, or simply a unique piece to treat yourself, we would love to help you create something special.

You might wish to commission a customised version of our existing design, or something completely bespoke. You might also want to remodel unworn or heirloom jewellery.

Stone sourcing

We carry a selection of gems to choose from, or if there is a specific stone / colour / cut you are searching for, we can source it for you. We can also work with your own stones, or the combination of both options.

The process

The first step can be done initially over zoom, Facetime, email or a consultation at the Irena’s London studio.

During your consultation, we can discuss your ideas, design directions, remodelling, stone sourcing, metal colour and carat, your budget and timescales.

Design

Following the consultation, we will email you the details of what we discussed, including design, pricing, lead time etc.

For completely bespoke designs, based on your design ideas and inspirations, you will be presented with a series of drawings, mock-up photos and / or wax. To start working on your design, there is a fee £300. This fee is non-refundable, if for any reason you decide to cancel your order, as it covers the time taken to work on your design. This fee is then deducted from the final price of your commission (it will go towards the deposit payment).

Deposit payment

Once the final design is approved, you will receive a final quote for your piece and a provisional delivery date will be set. At this stage, in order to proceed with the production of your bespoke piece, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount due. This fee confirms your order and is non-refundable. At this point you will be committed to purchase and the order cannot be cancelled. The remainder will then need to be paid in full before collection or dispatch of the order.

Delivery

Once completed and paid in full, we can arrange time for collection of your piece, or alternatively it can be sent via DHL Express.

Making time

For bespoke pieces the timeframe is normally 8-14 week, however we do our best to accommodate deadlines. During busier times, this timeframe may be longer.

Engraving service

We also offer an engraving service if you would like your jewellery engraved with a personal message. Please email to discuss your engraving details, font and pricing.
