ONLINE ORDERS

Online payments can be made by debit card, credit card, PayPal or through Klarna. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed when the payment has been taken.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1–2 working days.

If the piece is not in stock but is a made to order collection piece, please allow 4–6 weeks from the date of order for it to be made and shipped. The maximum delivery time is 8 weeks, and you will be notified by email if this applies to your order.

If you need your piece sooner than the stated delivery time or by a specific date, please get in touch at info@irenachmurajewellery.com — I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

If you are short on time, please contact me directly to discuss which pieces are currently ready to ship. You can also visit the Ready To Ship page, which is updated regularly.

Rest of the World: £50 DHL Express (Orders under £500)
Rest of the World: Free (Orders over £500)

Your order will be shipped in Irena Chmura Jewellery branded packaging in an unbranded external envelope or box. If you would like to add a personal message to accomapany any gift orders, please state it in the Notes section of you order or contact us directly.

Shipping charges will be added to the price of our products at checkout.

All orders are shipped insured with tracking and require signature for delivery.

COLLECT IN PERSON

If you are based in or around London, you are very welcome to collect your piece in person from The Goldsmiths’ Centre, where I am based.

Once you have completed your purchase, please contact me to arrange a suitable collection time.

If you have already paid for shipping and we arrange a collection instead, I will be happy to refund your shipping cost.

VAT, DUTIES & TAXES

For customers within the UK, all prices include VAT.

For customers outside the UK, all displayed prices exclude VAT (or VAT is automatically deducted at checkout).

Please note that import duties and local sales taxes may apply in your country. These fees are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed or duties were unpaid, we reserve the right to deduct all costs incurred from your refund. Parcels will not be reshipped until all associated fees have been paid.

RETURN POLICY

I hope you will love your new jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 30 days of purchase.

Alternatively, I can offer a refund for any unmodified collection piece if it is returned unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The following items are exempt from exchange or refund:

  • Made to order pieces
  • All bespoke orders
  • Customised pieces (for example resized rings, engraved jewellery, a customised chain length or a change to the stone shape or colour)

The shipping cost is not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

UK RETURNS: 

For all return requests please contact info@irenachmurajewellery as soon as possible. Please include the order number and the reason for your return.

Please return your order using a trackable and insured postal service (for example, Royal Mail Special Delivery) to ensure safe arrival.

If an item was purchased with free UK shipping and is then returned for a refund, the standard shipping charge (£17.95) will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.

Please note, that the item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. We do not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If you are based outside the UK and wish to return an order, please note that you are responsible for any customs charges incurred for the item to be returned to the UK.

If your order qualified for free shipping (available for orders over £500), your refund amount will be reduced by £50 to cover the original shipping cost.

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the UK.

Returns should be sent via a trackable and insured courier service.

If you would prefer for this to be arranged by us via DHL Express, please contact info@irenachmurajewellery.com— the shipping fee of £100 will be deducted from your refund once the return has been received.
