Shipping and Returns

ORDERS

As most of our pieces are handmade to order, please allow 1-4 weeks for your order to ship.

If you would like to receive your package by a certain date, please contact us BEFORE you place an order to check product availability.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.

For all card payments we use the Shopify payment network to ensure the latest in security technology is keeping your information safe. Debit / credit card and order data is encrypted and secure. Shopify is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure.

BREXIT

For customers in the UK, our prices are included of VAT.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, all displayed prices are without VAT (VAT is deducted from the price if you are ordering from outside the UK). However, please be aware that some countries charge import duty and local sales taxes, which you will need to pay on receipt of their delivery. These duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout - it is the customer's responsibility to pay for them.  Items that are unclaimed by a customer and returned to our studio; we reserve the right to minus all costs incurred. Parcels will not be reshipped unless all incurred fees are payed for.

Please note that the prices on our website are subject to change, without prior notice, according to material market price.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges will be added to the price of our products at checkout.

All orders are shipped insured with tracking and require signature for delivery.

We offer a free shipping via Royal Mail for orders over £250 worldwide .

Shipping fees are as follows:

Delivery within UK
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm – £8.5 (insurance up to £500)
  • DHL Express - £12
  • DHL Express with insurance up to £800 - £24
  • DHL Express over £800 - free

Delivery within EU

  • Royal Mail International Signed For - £14 (insurance up to £250)
  • DHL Express - £35
  • DHL Express with insurance up to £800 - £47
  • DHL Express with insurance over £800 - free

Rest of world

  • Royal Mail Signed and Tracked £15
  • DHL Express - £40
  • DHL Express with insurance up to £800 - £52
  • DHL Express with insurance over £800 - free

    RETURN POLICY

    We take a great pride in our products and quality is one of our foremost priorities. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase.

    All customised orders (including non-stocked size orders) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so choose carefully. We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order.

    Items can be returned (if unworn) within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or a store credit. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. The shipping cost is not eligible for return unless the item is faulty.

    If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.

    Return instructions and shipping: 

    For all return requests please contact info@irenachmurajewellery.com immediately. Please include the order number and the reason for your return.  Once we authorise your return, we will provide you with shipping details. You will be fully refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

    In the event of a valid return, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including a secure tracking number & insurance) involved in returning the item.

    The item you are returning/exchanging is your responsibility until we receive it. We do not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items with extra padding and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. Please email us the tracking number.

    All returned items MUST include its original packaging and receipt of purchase.
